Description
2004 Henschke Hill of Grace. This is a great vintage of Hill of Grace with a very deep colour of crimson. Beautifully perfumed, with sweet lifted spicy aromas of blackberry, plum, herbs and spices. It’s a wonderfully complex wine with hints of pepper, sage, cedar and vanilla. The palate is rich and complex, sweet and juicy with and fleshy velvety tannins. In summary this is a beautifully elegant but powerful Hill of Grace that possesses excellent length and body to burn.
Grapes are hand picked from a single vineyard in the Eden Valley and the wine is generally matured in French oak for around 18 months.
