The 1993 Henschke Hill of Grace is an intense deep purple/crimson colour. The nose is sweet, a bouquet overlaid with chocolate, prunes and liquorice, tar, truffles, earth and ferns. The 1993 Henschke Hill of Grace has a long well structured palate, it is rich with a complex finish and silky velvety soft tannins. Drink with herb crust roasted lamb, grilled veal fillet, seared kangaroo steak, and rare roast beef.
