2015 Sons of Eden Marschall Barossa Shiraz.  You could pay around $75 to $100 for a Barossa Shiraz and this wine may well blow that out of the water,  she's a ripper!   The 2015 Sons of Eden Marschall Shiraz is dark inky and she literally bursts out of the glass with ripe berry compote, underpinned by lifted violets and subtle dried herb aromas. The palate is fresh and lively with a genuine rich mid-palate complexity.  The 2015 vintage was rated outstanding in the Barossa Valley, the 2015 Sons of Eden Marschall is drinking well now, geezers it is good, but it's best days are ahead of it especially if you love those aged characteristics that great wines develop with a stint in the cellar.

The 2015 Sons of Eden Marschall Shiraz is a 100% shiraz wine, made from 25yr old vines in the Tanunda sub-region and 20yr and 80yr old vines from the Ebenezer sub-region in the the Barossa Valley.  Matured in a combination of new and old French and American oak this is a must have, even I've put 12 bottles aside for myself.
