Postage and Insurance WineAuctionHouse uses Australia Post to deliver your order. Insurance is not included so please contact us if you want your order insured, $1.50 per $100.00 cover.

We do take reasonable care when packing your order but we are not responsible for any wines once they have left our premises therefore we do not refund or replace any wines lost or broken in transit.
